Great service! Three of my friends came in to get their first piercings and the staff were amazing! Olivia was very patient and kind to get the piercing right for each of them! Highly recommend for those getting their first piercing.

Karen at Claire’s in Seattle assisted my daughter in getting her ears pierced. Karen was kind, friendly and gentle. She was a great balance of selling Claire’s products while showing care and interest with my daughter’s style. Karen was so good I tried to leave her a tip but they don’t accept tips. Karen seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in it. Her co-worker Jenny was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store for ear piercing!

the one worker (he was black and looked ~6’0) who was working there when I went in was on his phone the entire time, didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked into the store. He looked like he didn’t even want to be there and like he was in a bad mood.
