Our organization has been a Clare Computer Solutions client for more than ten years. We made the decision to contract the management of our IT department because we needed someone to dedicate themselves to the monitoring and updating of our systems on a daily basis. For a monthly contract, as a customer of Clare. we provide access for our users to call a helpdesk who can troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Additionally, as a client, we have access to a multitude of IT specialists, whether it be networking, security, disaster recovery, strategic planning, or education services. We are very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise of their engineers. Conducting business in an era where technology is advancing so quickly and in which we are becoming more and more dependent on it, we are appreciative of a partner who has the knowledge and vision to assist us in keeping our IT systems current and in service and do so, at a budget friendly price.
