I honestly hate to do this, but after seeing someone else’s comment, I’m going to say it. Dr.Leung is a scam artist. I have limited insurance and I was going to pay out-of-pocket to get some test. I decided to pay out-of-pocket for the test and he charged me $400. He said it’s because my insurance at time at is willing to pay $80 an hour. I was also paying out-of-pocket because my insurance was so limited. I end Paying a total of almost 2 to $3000 to see him when he completely diagnosed me incorrectly he said I had borderline personality disorder and that was not true. I have been seeing a psychologist for eight years and that is not a diagnosis on my record. For all the patients that say, they have so much respect for this man it is because they do not know or even have seen the Darkside of him. You have to remember patients are vulnerable and therapy and the way they feel about The therapist known as positive transfer will cloud their ability to see the flaws in him. With all due respect, this is a Chinese therapist who came overseas, who holds onto every penny because of how poor he used to be, any money that gets in his hand he counts right away, and he wants to make as much money as he can. He’s also a workaholic which he has told me. at the end of the day, I do think he wants to help people, but he is also a businessman who wants to make as much money as he can and throw it in the patients face unintended. He also gave me samples of when he shouldn’t have and he definitely practice out of his scope. It is definitely hard to forgive what this man did to me however, when I can do is write this review to caution others.

I’ve only been seeing Dr Leung for a few months for depression and anxiety. He has been kind to me and listens to whatever I have to tell him. He has given me some suggestions, which are actually good advice, but I am not mentally strong enough to follow through on the advice. He is always on time and (unlike some other reviews) he has never brought up money or my co-pays. The office sends me a bill and I pay it. Done deal. I plan to keep working with Dr Leung, as I believe he can help me. My problem is I don’t believe in myself. Hopefully Dr Leung can help me overcome that. I wouldn’t keep seeing him if I didn’t believe in him.
