I've lived here 3 years and love it. It can be a little too neighborly for my taste, but if you love residential/dormitory politics this is the place for you! The building is maintained, clean and a frequent stop for deer, raccoon and ducks. Herron nest in our trees from time to time and everyone here loves dogs.

Do not move there. New company took over two years ago and the place still looks like a dump. Some tenants own 2 dogs and they bark all night. Urine stained carpets that have not been cleaned since 2011. No sound proofing so you hear everything!!! Building is not secured at night. look at pictures of the "fire pit" moss on benches. Its a low income place and no one cares abut the bldg with the black mold issue and other horrid problems.
