Glad to have finally found an electrician I’d use again for future projects. I’ve had some bad experiences with other electricians recently and others have been way overpriced, but with Clarity there were no surprises. They did what they said they were going to do for a great price. I am very pleased with their work, pricing, and timeliness. They came out to do an estimate within a day of calling them and had me on the schedule the next week. I appreciated how friendly and personable Johnson was on the phone, the whole process felt easy and painless. The guys who came out to do the work were respectful, knowledgable, and great to talk with. Working with the wiring in my older home was a challenge but they got what I wanted, done. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! You’ll be the first company I call or recommend for any electrical work.

12/26/23 Was having some issues with a couple light switches and outlets. Clarity had someone at my house in 20 minutes. The employee Johnson was professional, nice and took the time to explain what the issue was. He was super knowledgeable and had everything fixed up quickly. I will be using Clarity for all future electrical needs.

I got my EV charger installed with this company and paid them in full for installation and permit. They confirmed they applied for permit with the city of Kirkland. After few months I received letter from city permit payment make by Clarity Electric has bounced and I need to come in person and pay the permit fee. I tried reaching out to them but they never resolved the issue and stopped taking my call.

I end up repaying the permit fee. I do not recommend this vendor to others.
