'Clarity' clinic and staff have really put the "care" back in mental health care.

I have been working with them for quite some time and have had an outstanding, professional, caring experience from the beginning in which I have been treated for trauma, substance abuse and eating disorders. I've seen tremendous growth and have been treated as a whole person, not just an addict.

The clinic is comfortable and unpretentious, staff is professional, caring and competent. I especially appreciate that my mental health care has been personally tailored to have the therapies grow with me and the willingness of my counselor to attain accreditation in new therapies if it is an approach that could help.

Convenient location, easy scheduling, variety of counselors (including a therapy dog! ) versed in different approaches. Tremendous knowledge of local resources to connect with the community and practice my new skills. Highly recommend.

Max Whipple III was the resource that encouraged me the most and changed my perspective about sobriety. The groups are low pressure and a time to listen and reflect with others about problems that everyone is going through so you feel understood. They also provide questions that make you think about your behaviors in a non judgmental light that got you to where you are and how to change them. The one on ones were something I looked forward to monthly and Max takes each and every client seriously and makes them feel listened to. He has a way of guiding you to goals and stay on track with them without you noticing until you look back and realize how far you’ve come. I couldn’t recommend clarity and Max enough, they are great.

Hands down one of my best experiences as a client has been coming to Clarity and meeting with Kelly. He is very professional and has great strengths with his interpersonal skills and getting to know/understand his clients and devise a treatment plan best suited for their needs. I always feel safe and comfortable while I'm there and always come out of our meetings with a greater sense of inner peace, incite, and awareness than before.
