I would give a -5 stars I would. The level of discombobulation is absolutely ridiculous. You have to have an appointment enable to get an appointment. Designation on website between ADS and ARS do not align with what is required (according to "plans examiners") Plan reviews that drag on forever. Portland is more organized systematically! I've literally built and completed four projects permitted in Portland before this one in Clark county even started. This is completely unacceptable!!!! City leaders do something.
At this place is a waste of taxpayers money, complex regulations and process, technical communications that seems specifically designed to hinder any progress, and least interested employees. 70s Soviet bureaucracy at its best. Just imagine you cannot upload any document unless it's a single page, landscape oriented, and has to be pdf that is named is a specific way. Who developed this and how much did you pay them for this 🤔 I think it's time to involve the legislature in this mess.
