Very appreciative of all the help I received.
Our technician was very respectful, listened to my concerns and did not try to sell me on anything I did not need unlike the teller over the phone.
When I called to make my first appointment, customer service wouldn't listen to my needs and continued to try to upsell me and ended up not getting my order or account properly set up.
Luckily my technician arrived and cleared everything up and made it a breeze.
My suggestion is the business work on better customer service training in the office, as the technician was spot on and 100% understood what his customer was looking for, cleared up all confusion and got the job done as needed.👌
Based on the technicians work, I have referred Angelo to a family member for service as well.
