Clark Pest Control

I hired this company in 2022. I paid for a year of service upfront. I live at an elevation of 5280 feet in Westwood California. My year of service was provided. When the next year came around, they wanted over $400 to sprinkle grub granulate on 1200 ft.² of grass four times a year. At that point I said no that I think I’m going to be done with your business. I had also purchased mosquito control from Clark Pest Control, which our little black buckets. With some kind of water in chemical in them. I paid for the first bucket in advance just like I did my yearly payment. My yard was serviced one time after that. They then raise the price of my mosquito control from $50-$70 because I canceled my yearly service. So I canceled my service in June and paid them $247 to close out my account. Here it is the end of October and Clark Pest Control has messaged me and told me that I owe them another $70 for the last month of mosquito control that I had already paid for. I tried to make $10 payments and the lady at the front desk. I guess the office manager told me she refused to take my payment unless I paid and full as they don’t except payments on delinquent accounts. Odd that my account had never been delinquent.. Buyer beware once Clark pest controls, chico office has you under contract, they will have you by the balls. I highly advise to not use this company. As of the writing of this review, Clark pest control‘s trash from the mosquito abatement buckets is still in my yard. That means that they have not completed their contract by removing these pyrethrin buckets from my property.

Clark Pest Control offers great service for a great price. They are always helpful in identifying bugs I find, and always answer very quickly. I like the fact that they are always willing to come back out in between scheduled visits. I think Clark techs are the best. Mike is always kind, respectful and consistent

We bought a new house last Summer and have been using a pest control company for the first time. We are very pleased with the service/results. Jacob is super friendly and a good communicator. He gets the job done!
