:-( Customer Service is definitely available, but it came with some serious judgement.
The front associate couldn't/wouldn't stop blatantly staring at me which made my experience uncomfortable. Maybe I sent an impression of a shoplifter.. maybe they are bias, or prejudice, or perhaps they just has a team meeting about loss prevention. I don't know, but I think a less abrasive way to monitor customers would probably make the average customer feel a lot more comfortable in the store. People who are comfortable spend more money.
The selection of clothing is decent All name brand. Expensive. Be prepared to spend $$..Small town markup in full effect.
:-) Clean store. Well organized. Great selection of firearms, knives, hunting gear, camping gear, clothing, sporting equipment, shoes, sunglass, fishing stuff, and a ton more. They do a really good job at product selection which shows in the quality of anything you buy here. Definitely better then a similar product picked up at Wally world down the road.
