I was headed to Mount Vernon Washington. I stopped at a national chain quick lube 5 minutes before they opened. It took them about 15 minutes to get set up to let the first car in. I was second in line. They told me it would take over half an hour probably 45 minutes before they could get to me. I called Clark's Lube Express later in the afternoon just before I left town. I asked how long it would take to get me in and how long it would take. Jason answered the phone, he said they were backed up as everybody was in town. Since I knew I needed my automatic transmission fluid topped off. He said he would squeeze me in and top it off for free. He told me that on the phone without hesitating. Obviously he would do that for anyone. That is awesome, crazy awesome service. I will have my oil change done when I get back into town. I do recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs quick reliable and professional service. Manny
