Absolute top notch customer service. Ask for Justin. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and went out of his way to assist me with the whole process. I will not take my business anywhere else. Justin is the man.

I have been in the automobile repair business for 40+ years as a tech. And now in the parts side of the business. Thankfully I have never had to make an insurance claim in all the years I have driven. Until a hit and run Nov.17th. My insurance company was so far behind and off page I just received my truck back Feb. 14th! No it wasn’t at Classic that long, it was fixed in a little over a week and ahead of schedule. You don’t even want me to get started on the Incompetence an total miscommunication of the rental car company! If it wasn’t for the total professionalism of Joe and Justin, I would’ve just gave up and drove my wrecked truck. They straighten everyone out saved the day. And the techs that repaired my truck did a phenomenal job. Very nice work. By the way, if you take the time to read this review, take note, do not pay attention to that person that gave them a one star review. That person did not even have any work done there. He was looking for some chop shop type work and this is not that place. Classic Collision is true professionals and have a high standard of work.
