My daughter handed them her order form at the school picturea with my credit card information on it but they managed to lose it... Very comforting knowing my cc info is floating around somewhere. I gave them 2 stars because they did manage to get my other daughters order correct.

This has been an awful experience. They took my money but didn’t give me my pictures. Three emails, four phone calls later I was sent the digital print. It was someone else’s child. I have had to babysit each step of the process to get my order. It’s been weeks and nothing. Just “let us know if you don’t get it”

Issues every school year, cannot get orders correct and this year I ended up without school photos of my kids. Unresponsive to emails and do not return phone calls. They also charge a 12% "Convenience Fee" to order online.
