We have been going to this cleaners for 16 year. Last week I took a brand new French cuff shirt in to Classique Cleaners to have pressed prior to a wedding I was attending on Saturday. The first time they ironed it, they missed part of each sleeve and a bit of the front, so I took it back to have it redone.
When I picked it up Friday morning, they had burnt the collar and the front making it un-wearable. I had to rush out and by another shirt (at a significantly higher price) to wear to the wedding.
I asked to be reimbursed for the shirt and the cost to iron it, but the owner AJ Shaw refuses to even call me to discuss the situation or tell his staff to reimburse me for the shirt.
