Sadly for me I just found the best donuts of Washington state, headed to Spokane. My seal of approval for sure! I may or may not stop here again! Absolutely too good but not so great for the health. Friendly service with a smile and even better donuts! Highly recommended! Absolutely love! Likely my new must stop anytime I’m headed east.

BOMB. We got the chocolate eclair, blueberry and apple fritter. The chocolate eclair was delicious. The cream inside was evenly distributed throughout the donut, the chocolate was NOT grainy but smooth, the chocolate was the right amount of chocolate flavor, not too sweet. It was truly bomb. The blueberry donut was very blueberry and moist. Now that Apple fritter... I personally don't care for Apple fritters and this was the BEST Apple fritter I have ever had. It had crunchy bits and Apple throughout, with soft donut dough. AMAZING.

A must try when in Cle Elum!
Cle Elum Bakery is known for their handbaked goods. My family and I personally love their donuts, especially their Apple Fritter.
Service is quick and straightforward. They take your order and send you on your way. Ambiance is cozy and farmhouse chic.
Would recommend!
