From the (Heat Pump) Estimate, the contract, through the installation and inspection process, Clean Air personnel communicated and managed the entire process with transparency, detail product and process, and accountability for their service. Jeremy H., their Customer Coordinator, was involved in the entire process and was always professional and an asset to Clean Air. The Office Manager, Sarah S. kept me current on what needed to be done, by whom, and when (even before I could ask those questions!). The installers Ken and Patrick made a seamless installation on time and carried out the entire installation and cleanup as advertised. I can give no higher recommendation for Clean Air HVAC.
