I would highly recommend Katiebug’s cleaning! We recently purchased a home and needed our apartment deep cleaned to meet the move our requirements in our lease. They made it look just like the day we moved in. The girls truly did a fantastic job! It was easy to book online. I also appreciated the prompt they were to message me through text with updates and answering any questions I might have had!

Response time was incredible. I sent a request for a quote and had a response back right away from Stephanie. She was polite and kept answering my questions very quickly. When Marianna showed up for appointment she was exactly on time which I really appreciated because I had to leave work to meet her. She was polite and professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend and I will be keeping them on a biweekly schedule. Even paying was simple, able to do online. It couldn't have been an easier process.

Katiebug’s Cleaning was the first cleaning service that I have ever used. Their response time to my request for a quote was within 10min. Not only did they fit me in on a Sunday, they arrived early to go over everything with me and asked if there were any focus area’s. I highly recommend Katiebug’s Cleaning. Sharonda was absolutely amazing. She has a great personality and I am extremely pleased with her work. I will be requesting her every time I have my house cleaned and will recommend her to my parents as well.
