Stay away from this company !!!! You won't hear from them after you pay the 1st huge installment money. We signed the contract in April 2024 and paid 1st installment ( huge money - 50percent money upfront ) then no response to ph calls, text msgs and emails... after warning to escalate we finally heard from William Zeir (after 6 long wks !!! ) that he working hard to put us on schedule.
Again same thing- no msg for months- He showed up one day in August dropped some boxes and disappeared for a month. After constant follow up he again gave us a date to start project in September -- again worked for couple of days for few hours and disappeared again .
Finally we asked him to give us the date when he can start and end the project... he said unfortunately he can't do that at this point . (FYI- The only contact number is William's cell ph number to contact this company -- no other numbers nor email address) He never answered our calls!! We asked him to give us the refund if he can't finish the project .. he is not responding to that request either. So finally we emailed him that we would like to terminate the contract ...
We are stuck for more than 6 months with our money and time. It is so stressful to deal with such an irresponsible company-- Please stay away... think twice before you sign the contract with this company !!!!!
