Brought my designer coat here and asked that they try to get out a few marks and press the collar. When I picked it up, the spots had not been touched and the collar was not pressed. I brought it back and kindly pointed out the spots again and asked if they could attempt to get them out. When I picked it up a second time, the spots were still there and I saw them take out a SAFETY PIN which they had used to attach their internal tag. This put a HOLE in my $1700 coat. If you have a valuable item, I do not recommend coming here!

Do not recommend . They burnt the faux fur of my $500 down jacket and did not clean properly the part could be cleaned. The owner was fairly unapologetic, blaming it on the jacket manufacturer. He reimbursed me $70 for the cleaning. Not going again and I would advise stay away from this place.

They ruined my jacket and refused to compensate for it. They admitted they misread the cleaning instruction label and machine washed it and asked me to come back so they can fix it. I went back and it was still ruined. They offered to pay $100 toward a new jacket but come back the next day as they're out of checkbook. I went back the next day and was told they can only refund the cleaning fee. This negative review isn't about the material or the money but their unprofessional attitude - totally unapologetic and to add fuel to the fire, the owner said "don't get mad, your face is too pretty to get angry" with a condescending smile.
