I have used this cleaners for years. They have always done an excellent job. It is run by hard working people who always make sure I'm satisfied.

I went in to pick up my ladies blazer and my husband's dress shirts. The window sign says 99¢ for dress shirts with dry cleaning. He would not honor the sign and I later discovered the jacket was a men's sport coat, not my $400 horse show coat. I went back and he said he would call his attorney. Really.

The negative reviews for this place seem extremely nitpicky to me. I have been pleased with their service over the last few months when the only dry cleaner in downtown Snohomish closed shop with no warning. They can always easily find my items, are pleasant, and do a good job dry cleaning.
