Have an issue with vents needing to be covered to keep birds from nesting in the roof of my home. The rep was VERY quick to respond and come to my home, pleasant and friendly. When he was here he quoted me the job would be around $380 or so to complete. Said he would send me a quote in the next couple of days. Emailed, texted, wasn't responding then a couple weeks later finally responded saying he had sent the quote, checked spam as he suggested....Nothing. Then lo and behold it arrived in my email. Written quote came back at almost $900. I can understand the quote being a bit higher but almost $500 more. Needless to say I'm looking else where.

Professional, effective, responsive, very knowledgeable and able to educate about how their spray works. I appreciate that their product got rid of our cloud like population of no-see-um flies earlier this year without any negative effects on the bees in our yard. Thank you Clear Pest Management for being head and shoulders above your competitors in ability as well as accessibility!!!

Through our time at our old house, we had a horrific ant problem. I’m talking ants coming in from the outlets, the lights, up through the floorboards. The whole nine yards. Both Tim and Slava had come out multiple times as contractors through our property management company and were terrific! With their help we were able to manage the issue and find multiple large entrances which were then sealed up. Slava was our hero and in our household has been dubbed “He who conquered the hive”. Even though his main focus was the ant issue, he always took a look around outside to make sure there were no budding wasps nests, spider nests, etc. Because of their incredible customer service, I will never use a different company. These guys are family!
