My toddler is a patient here and he seems more and more comfortable every visit. Everyone is so paciente and welcoming! They even give him a goody bag with stickers and fun trinkets after his appointments. Personally, I enjoy that the office never seems too crowded or busy. They always run their appointments on time, which can be rare in itself. Highly recommend this practice for anyone, but especially for toddlers.

Very efficient staff. I appreciate that I was seen on time, as well. I like Dr. Meyer's honest assessment and thoroughness.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My entire experience here has been frustrating. The receptionist in the Burien location is completely uninterested in making a good impression and has zero customer service skills. The eye doctor (Dr. Weingeist) did not listen and spoke so fast, I couldn't begin to understand him. After waiting weeks, I was sent home with a number of different contacts to try - none of which were right. Then, I was sent home with 3 other trials which only one pair was even close to a correct prescription. I am so frustrated. I have been trying to get the correct prescription since August. These people don't have a clue what they're doing. I even called the office today at 4:45pm and their voicemail said they were closed; however, on the same voicemail, it says that their office is open until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. I give up. I will happily make the drive to my former eye doctor in Bellevue after this disaster of an experience. Save yourself frustration and don't even consider going to Clearview.
