Highly recommend Ceth. Helped my dad with an eviction case. My dad kept struggling with a tenant pre Covid then made it extremely difficult with Covid-19 and it's extensions and protecting renters. My dad has a fixed income so I am forever thankful for his service and had to keep paying the mortgage making it tough for him.
