On Sunday I showed up around 4:30pm with my 8 year old for a cough check up. She had been there before. I figured it would be a quick check and some cough medication would be dispensed.
Instead of being greeted. I was told by the receptionist that the “doctor is no longer accepting more patients! I saw one other person in the waiting area.
The door sign said they close on sundays at 6pm. So much for patient care. She didn’t even bother asking the PA not Doctor to see if she would accept a child visit check up.
What a let down to the public seeking medical care for a child.
Should've read the comments before coming.
They lost my chart in less than a week. I paid 300$ and what they prescribed didn't help.
The Hispanic girl in the front was ridiculously rude. I asked her a series of questions (non medical) and her answer was "I only work in the front and I'm doing something right now"
I don't expect perfect customer service but that's just unacceptable.
