Not sure what’s going on but I dropped off my Hamilton automatic watch almost three months ago for full service. I’ve called like 3 times and supposedly the owner doesn’t know what’s the status on it is. It could be in a corner somewhere haven’t been worked on at all. Who knows really. I’m assuming nothing is being done to it because she said she’d call me back if she had any progress on it. No call back of course. I assumed it would take some time a month maybe two. Front desk person she should definitely be setting a time period to her clients. When to expect it done.

Fantastic service every time I go there. Fixed a cheap (but sentimental) wall clock for me, and tweaked a wristwatch band to fit nicely. Expert watchmaker.

NO STARS! Abysmal clock workmanship. Rude and misleading customer service by the woman at the front desk! My clock was eight months in the shop and it is worse now than when I brought it in. It is also now ten minutes late each day and no longer chimes. ---- Scroll down on their reviews. About three years ago they had consistently good reviews. Something has changed here,.....new owners ? New management? Maybe just a change of front desk personnel and recently hired incompetent repair people but in any case they have gone WAY DOWN HILL. I would never go back to them and don't recommend them for any kind of a clock repair! The only thing they are good at is taking your money and not fulfilling promises. --- BEWARE!!
