Clocktower Apartments

I would tell anyone to never rent these apts. The management is is very poor and another ever gets fixed or repaired and then they send you to collections 2 yrs later without even sending a bill. Horrible place to live.

There is a ton of thievery that happens in these apartments. From UPS packages to simple patio decorations.

Won't do anything about neighbors aka unit 21 you know what's going on. Does someone have to die because of them for you to do something?
