My experience with Closetbox was 90% awesome. There was one glitch with the customer service rep who didn't submit the pick up time I requested so I had to rearrange my work schedule.

Aside from that everything has been excellent. The overall communication and coordination process was great, the pick up experience and crew were fantastic and I feel very good about my decision to choose Closetbox.
