Everytime I have walked in this place I feel like me and my things are not worthy enough to be there or be sold there. Idk and I've only taken a couple barely used bags there, MK's and they didn't buy either. There was absolutely nothing wrong with either one. Their Merch that they have in the store is cute though.

Excellent!! I spent 300.00 not bad for 2 coats for winter and 3 boots!! Brand new hats, scarfs, gloves. Best find was pink leather gloves! Also the UGG winter boots!!

Brought several totes of clothes. Told to come back when they texted. So I did and was told they didn't want any of it. The clothes were in good shape. Now I was prepared that they were picky. I opened the totes and the clothes were folded exactly like I put them in there, they didn't even go through them. Unfortunately we had bought some items from the store I wish I could have returned them. I was pretty upset at the wasted time. But I will not be back to shop or to donate. It was a waste of my time and felt like they looked down their noses at you. If you like to shop in snooty second hand stores, go for it. I will not be back. Wish I could give it a zero stars.
