Unfortunately, I do not recommend the day of event coordination. The planner seemed very positive and well intentioned, but for a DIY outdoor wedding we really needed someone to show up on the day of event with an assertive attitude and ability to see what needs doing. This was not the case at the rehearsal or the event. The planner seemed overwhelmed and didn't do much coordinating at all. We kept ourselves in scheduled and even missed one planned toast that was never brought to our attention by the planner. Our friends and family gave us feedback afterwards that the planner spent most of her time on her phone and needed prompting when vendors arrived. For day of only services, money would be more well spent on hiring people to help clean up or tend bar.

Jackie at Cloud Nine was fantastic! We got the Full Service Event package, and it was worth every penny! Not only did she go out of her way to facilitate every aspect of the event and make it all go smoothly (which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the celebration!), her experience was so appreciated: so many details to take care of! so many things we didn't know we needed! As a gay couple, we could not have asked for a friendlier or more professional planner.

Jackie at Cloud Nine was amazing to work with. We used her "Day of" package and I am so thankful I did. She is very friendly and very flexible, plus at every turn she was offering to do more or let us borrow this or that. I feel like compared to the other planners we had meetings with, that Cloud Nine was the best value and the nicest person to work with that we found. Best of all, on the day of, I didn't have to worry about every little thing.
