Loving it! It's been helping me stay active, it has been working out every part of my body. I just wish I could do it more often but my schedule is so packed already.
I took this class to help strengthen and lengthen. I have been having reoccurring bilateral achilles tendinitis for 20 years and now at 41 my body does not easily bounce back anymore. I have been going on intermittent disability. As a registered nurse of 18 years and working with ICU and postoperative patients I'm always on my feet. My feet, legs and back has truly taken a beating after all these years.
Pilates forces me the focus on myself and strengthening for one hour. My physical therapist and my personal massage therapist said they have felt such a difference in my muscle mass and built. I still have flare ups when I walk to much or if there's too much of a gap with my pilates but at least my body bounces back much quicker rather than days or weeks.
I hope one day I could take on 3-4 days of pilates instead of just 2 days. Thank you
