His honesty, clarity and focus on the needs of the client were simply outstanding. He went the extra mile to give an estimate that truly reflected the options and concerns of the client. I was impressed with his interpersonal skills in a telephone conversation with a colleague to try to to be able to get the job done on a very short timeline that gave the customer a 20% discount. His working relations with his co-workers was exceptional. I also like that CM heating streamlines the entire process by having a point person, like Steve, who is responsible for the bid estimate and continues to be the point person on site and by phone through the installation process. This is a great company with great experience personnel. WOW. This is a review just for the initial estimate process. this part of the review is for Steven Camp.
The installation is now complete. I want to thanks Spencer and Lin on the the installation team and Reese the electrician. This team was outstanding and I really mean it. We have had $160,000 of home improvement and home repairs done over the past 2 years and not one company was as good as CM Heating. Hear is a lists of their greatest strengths:
The care and concern that the CM team exhibited to meet my needs were excellent. Not only did they meet my needs, but they also went beyond my expectations. They demonstrated that by personally taking pride in their workmanship and said, "We want to do the very best job for you because you have such a beautiful home and deserve the best results". Indeed they went beyond superior. It was so reassuring when the installers and the electrician took so much pride in their work and upheld the highest standards for themselves.
They worked hard for 10 hours to install a gas furnace and a heat pump. At the end of an exhausting day, they took the time to go over their work and double checked everything to be sure it was done right. And when they left they had a big smile on their faces.
Their commitment to doing the best job is truly a reflection of CM heating. All the employees, unprompted, proudly praised the company for creating a work atmosphere that is cooperative, supportive and encourages employees to do their best. They said that CM Heating is the best company they have every worked for and it feels like a family. They plan to continue to work for the company for a long time.
