Vincent was our technician. He is professional and his customer service was very good. He was very accommodating and provided solutions and answers to all my questions! He was very polite, respectful, and patient with us!

Dane was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and detail oriented. He answered all questions that my husband and I had thoroughly and made us feel like CM heating will take care of our needs in a very customer focused and personalized way, now and in the future.

Jacob and his partner did an amazing job on our installation of the new furnace and heat pump. They arrived a little after 8 AM and had completed the job by 5 PM. They were very respectful of our home and property and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions we had and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the new system. I can already feel the house cooling down to a comfortable temperature all over instead of the uneven heating and cooling we’ve been dealing with for the last few years.

The whole experience was amazing from the initial quote, all the way through to installation. And if we have any issues in the future, with CM Heatings extended warranty for parts and labor, we just have to give them a call and they’ll take care of it.
