I have rented from CM Property Management Inc. for over 11 years. In that time, whenever there has been a repair need or help, Mark Katz and his team have always quickly responded. Their level of service is exceptional. I can recant horror stores regarding past property management companies I have dealt with both as a renter and an owner. It has been so refreshing to deal with a group of professionals who understand the challenges of renting and work to ensure both the needs of the property and renters are met. I highly recommend Mark Katz and the team at CM Property Management Inc. for your rental and property management needs.
They increased the monthly HOA fees but decreased their services. Poor maintenance at Taft Point. Garage door frames are severely rotted. My garage door functions occasionally and after repeated calls, someone finally came out and took an estimate over a month ago yet still no repairs. I’ve also submitted pictures of a several eroded stair rail that could cause injury should it cave…yet still no repairs done. The manager, Mike (both owner and property manager has inspected the area)…yet NOTHING done. I hope they’re not waiting for an injury to occur before they fix the issues.
CM property management has absolutely NO URGENCY to maintaining the property surrounding 782 Oronoke Road (Tafte Point). Should they start receiving law suits, maybe then they’ll take action.
