Mark Degenhardt, CMG Managing Partner, took on the task of leasing the old Umpqua Bank building in my shopping center. Realtor’s had their sign “For Lease” up for months with no real activity, so I was happy to hear Mark’s plan to proactively contact 50 to 100 businesses directly in presently my building for lease. CMG did the research and put together over 100 companies (franchise, large corps, small, etc.) Mark began contacting via phone calls and emails. I received consistent updates on progress and worked with CMG as we entered several negotiations to lease my building. CMG ultimately leased the building to the County of Calaveras for the Angels Camp Library. CMG project managed all efforts in receiving bids for all lease hold improvements (demo, electricity, carpet, paint, etc.), city building permits and all of the challenges that came along. CMG negotiated the lease with the County and oversaw the “handoff” of the keys. CMG/Mark did a very professional job on my behalf and always remaining on the project timeline and budget. I enjoyed working with CMG through out the entire process.
