My wife and I really appreciate our home health services with CNS Cares. Our health took a nose dive in 2020. We had visited multiple doctors becuase we were trying to find solutions to our many medical issues. We were very hesitant at first to start with CNS because we enjoy our privacy and independence. However, we are so glad we did start care and our Nurse Nick has provided exceptional communication, care and understanding. Due to his professional knowledge and his ability to truly listen and explain difficult medical jargon in layman's terms our quality of life has dramatically increased. We are snowbirds and disappointed we cannot take Nick our Nurse with us and hoping that CNS Cares in AZ can reach the same high standards that CNS Cares in Richland has provided. The care that CNS provides truly increases the quality of our lives and allows us and many others the ability to remain safely in our homes.

The nurses and aids are great. But the office staff is the problem. If the office forgets to staff a shift. They won't take responsibility for it. They just blame the nurses and staff. The manager kelsey is not honest and never follows threw when she says she coming to out the home
