Great products & customer service. I spent hours going to many different perse stores and COACH was one of the best. I didn't know anything about purses and they were happy to help me. Thanks for making shopping for my mom painless and easy! 😁

Suzanne the store manager is TERRIBLE! she is so rude and disrespectful to me from the time I spoke with her on the phone to the time I got in store. She spoke to me like I’m her child and not like a paying customer. It felt racially motivated. She is the absolute worst when it comes to costumer service. I will never spend a dime here ever again this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!
