Store was dead, employees don’t greet or acknowledge and never once approached to ask if we needed help with anything, never smiled once.. definitely a 0/10 experience

Awful poor quality product. We got the reversible belt at the SeaTac Airport branch (Google maps couldn't find that branch for some reason) that popped broken where the metal buckle was within a month. When we asked what we could do, the lady was rude and claimed "everyone loves this belt, it's our most durable" and only offered to replace this belt that we now hated. Never buying anything coach again, thought we were paying for good service and quality but it was an all-around terrible experience.

Ok so this particular branch /Store at SOUTH CENTER MALL really should evaluate who they have in charge rite now and for the past oh 2 years ..The staff is great .Very warm and welcoming .But and yes But their shift lead or floor Supervisor .Manager maybe? Idk ?she never introduces herself .She in way walks around with her foot on the staffs necks .Not literal .and no disrespect. SHE IS JUST NOT FRIENDLY .I WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT .ANYONE INTERESTED IN MORE INFORMATION .PLEASE FEEL FREE AND CONTACT ME
