I love every minute I spend in the store, if anything you need to ask for Colette to help you. She's amazing and will find whatever it is you're looking for. They don't work off commission, so don't feel like they're trying to pressure you to buy something. Everyone that works there are all real people and are honestly just trying to find that perfect bag or wallet. Im glad they finally have a mens section. There is this bag I have been lusting over for about a year. I stopped in one day and they finally had the mens section. Obviously the bag i wanted was there, I could touch it and feel it to see if that was the investment I wanted to make. Needless to say I walked out with my new bag in hand. It's something I'll be using for the rest of my life.

I have always enjoyed shopping there for my wife. The unfortunate thing is that Macy's has more inventory of your product in there store than you. I give a 5 for service a 3.5 for inventory selection. I bought from you becouse of Macy's crowd for couch purses
