Had an accident and was referred by highway patrol, they are the worst customer service! The dispatcher was so rude an unprofessional, she kept bumping up the price of the tow from santa cruz to watsonville $350 depending on her mood. The tow driver went and extra route to add time. $225 an hour cost me $350! I dont recommend this tow truck company.
