The best experience I have encountered in a long time, from the beginning I walk in the door the staff was extremely helpful and great customer service might I add. It was nice to listen to the staff converse with each other with respect and kindness. Dr. Ying was very very patient and explained and detail everything. I recommend Dr. Ying to anyone who is in pain and is looking for someone who professional, compassion and most important looking to get you back to your normal day-to-day living without pain.
I was in excruciating pain after a car accident; I was referred to Dr. Ying at Puyallup Sport and Spine. He is literally giving me back my life. I had been waking up daily with a severe headache and neck pain since the accident. Now I rarely wake with a headache and my neck pain has improved in just a few visits. I am hopeful for the 1st time since the accident that I won't have to live out my life in pain. The staff from receptionist to physician's assistant are amazing. I am grateful to Dr. Ying and his staff and hopeful I will soon be completely pain free.
