To say the location is convenient is the only good thing about Coastal Breeze. The initial greeting was warm, but the owners/operators quickly showed their true colors. We stayed from Oct 11-15 to find paper thin walls, leaks all night, and incredibly rude staff, particularly the gentleman employee who feels yelling at the guests is acceptable. Won't stay again, and will not recommend.

Positive: Very nice staff, room was clean and recently renovated. The location is very close to the water and has a view of Morro Rock . I would definitely stay here again . Price was also very reasonable for a good sized room with a view . Negative: No Negative: ""

The staff and owners family's live on site there children run up and down the hallway like it's a playground I had to ask the cleaning staff to stop there children from running upstairs and down the hallway but they continued to do it. The family running the hotel seems friendly but did nothing to stop the children from running up and down the hallway. I won't be coming back there slum lords.
