Excellent customer service, unbeatable prices, speedy process, top-notch roofing materials, and thorough attention to detail during the installation. Working with Donovan was a delightful experience when I was seeking a quote for my roof repairs. The communication was straightforward and prompt. The team was professional, tidy, and industrious. Following a bout of heavy wind and rain, I found myself needing a minor roof repair. I reached out to several businesses who either didn't respond, failed to show up, or quoted exorbitant prices for such a small task. But then I remembered my positive past experience with a roofing company and decided to give Coastal Craft Roofing a call. I had a conversation with Donovan and we arranged a time for him to come and provide an estimate. Jacob arrived promptly as scheduled, and the repair was carried out efficiently not too long after, just in time before the snow set in in Victorville! They are incredibly reasonable and always keep to their word. I can assure you, I'll be relying on their services in the future!
