This place has it all Hunting, Fishing, Garden, Pets, Clothes ,Boots, Tools, BBQ ,Toys ,Go Karts ,Off Road, Fireplaces, Wood & Gas Stoves, Guns & Ammo. It would be easier to post what they don't have the building 61,000 SF .Very friendly & helpful staff .They will match any lower price & offer a 10% discount for Active Military & Veterans This is of the New Lacey ,WA Store

Husband bought our 13 1/2 year old a carrhart tshirt. Spent $30 on the shirt. Our son wore the shirt 1 day and discovered a hole in the seam behind his arm. Our son is very active with his farm equipment so his clothing does get dirty fast. We did not wash the shirt not wanting the hole to get worse. I attempted to exchange the shirt, clothing employee Stacy was willing to make the exchange because of the defect and went to get a replacement. Another employee was very rude and only focused on the fact that the shirt was "filthy and gross". She did not even give me a chance to explain and show her the defect. This is NOT ok to treat customers this way. I hope being rude is NOT your standard practice, however we will not be returning to this store.

Customer service and communication between employees was lacking. We inquired about an item that was in the back, and an employee instructed us to meet another employee at a back door. We waited for at least 5 minutes before deciding to leave. I ultimately ordered online, and have not had the best experience navigating there either. They do have the best prices but not sure if it’s worth the headache for the user experience.
