I was looking for a specific steel drum. Not only did they have it but they allowed me to verify before I purchased it. They were extremely helpful and the price was great.

I went inside and was greeted and pointed to where I needed to go. I quickly found what I needed and a couple other things I just wanted. I was able to promptly check out and was on my way.

The last two times I've been into Coastal I've ended up leaving and going to Wilco. The 1st time we were attempting to purchase fencing and there were no prices on any of it. I guess we're expected to run in and grab someone who is busy checking people out multiple times while we're deciding? Today we were attempting to buy feed and they've removed it all from the floor and hung up little cards that you take to the cashier and they go get it for you. The problem again, is there are no prices on the cards. It's just a wall of cards with the picture of the product. No one has any interest in having to go get in line to talk to a worker every time you need to know the price of something. From now on I know to go straight to Wilco where everything is clearly marked and it's not inconvenient to shop there.
