Very happy with the thorough inspection. He took the time to identify all important features and fixtures and explain what condition they were in, and why certain materials were important. He took the time to explain his reasoning behind his assessments, and what I can expect from the house. He covered the entire house from roof to foundation in detail. Would definitely recommend!

I engaged the services of Coastal Inspection Service at the recommendation of my real estate broker to inspect the home I was purchasing. I made arrangements with Tracy who was very polite and courteous. The inspection was detailed and through and was provided a verbal overview at the ends along a written report 2 days laterz I highly recommend them for any proper inspections you may need
