We started going here 5 years ago with our firstborn, and we have loved the doctor we have - but they’ve become too busy. I took my 1 year old in for his check up a couple weeks ago and we were there for over 1.5 hours! Just mainly waiting. He’s usually very calm, and nothing was handled well - the eye test wasn’t done well and scared him but wasn’t even successful. Then we had to wait 45 min just to have a rushed conversation with our doctor, and then we waited another 45 min just for his shots. They said they were “so busy” but this has become the norm. Seriously considering moving to another clinic. I also called when my son was wheezing a couple months ago and I was scared and they said they couldn’t help me because I hadn’t made an appointment in advance… that’s not the right way to handle that at all.
