I’m leaving 5 stars for my experience today with Alanna Kline, RN extraordinaire. Alanna is a vibe, she is warm, welcoming, professional, funny, and super knowledgeable. I have never been to a medical spa, and I was a little nervous going in, but Alanna made my first experience amazing! I highly recommend Coastal Aesthetics, and I will be back to see Alanna on the regular.

Ryann was my lovely artist (because it’s literally art what they do) and corrected things I didn’t even know were an issue. I came in for just lip filler and ended up leaving with cheek filler, too. I wanted verrrrry subtle, as it was my first time, and boy did she deliver. My skin has never been more glowing and I don’t even need makeup now. I can barely even tell I had anything done. My lips are just slightly more full (always had a decent bottom lip, but wanted my top lip to not disappear when I smile) and my cheeks gave me a “natural” contour. Will definitely be back for Botox soon. She’s an angel with a needle!!!

Alanna did my consultation and addressed my concerns as an elderly patient. Her technique was new age which resulted in a rejuvenated more youthful appearance with filler. I’m very happy with my results. I only had a little dot for a bruise and I am on a blood thinner. Alanna is an excellent injector and has the artist eye. I highly recommend her. The whole staff is knowledgeable efficient and friendly.
