My goodness where do I even start. I simply couldn't have made it through the home buying process without Terri. She took the time to sit down with me and not just listen, but HEAR what I was looking for in a home. I think she understood what I wanted better than even I did myself. Not only was my anxiety eased, but she offered valuable insight on things I never even would have thought about. Excellent knowledge of Ashford WA area. Great response time, took the time to learn, had referrals to contractors. We loved working with her. We wanted to see a property but didn't have time before a snowstorm hit, so she rushed out, took a video and beat the snow for us. If you need someone for land or homes, Terri is agent for you :)
