I love cobs, this location makes the worst cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had, dry and almost no icing. I feel ripped off

Cobs used to be awesome. Lately not so much. The scones were under baked. The breads has large holes in them. So does the buns. Bought dinner buns opened one half of it was a large bubble no bread. Been disappointed lately. Also as of late their scones and cinnamon buns have become smaller. Toasted the bread and it was hard and dry.
