This is a great hidden gem with good vibes and ambiance, just a little off the beaten path of 38th Street chain restaurants. Great customer service and we had one of the most incredible fresh Jalapeño Margarita's on our second visit, thanks to our wonderful waitress who accommodated our request. We shared a steak fajitas and a chille relleno. Food is good, haven't had anything too spectacular yet but we're going to keep trying. On my prior visit we tried their Morena specialty the 'Pina Rellena de Camaron'. I have had similar dishes before and loved them. This one was just DROWNED in queso. Toooooo much cheese. I scoped it out and let it sit on the plate (about 2 cups full, no joke) and yet the pineapple, veggies, and shrimp were seasoned and spectacular. I might attempt it again with no or little queso. That being the case, it's still nice to see not your average American offerings although each time I've gone they are out of each of their soups. I'll keep trying!
